By downloading, installing, or accessing StreamFolio ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Application.

2. Permitted Use & User Responsibilities

The Application is provided for personal, non-commercial use as an open RSS news aggregator client. You are solely responsible for all RSS/Atom feed URLs you subscribe to or import. You agree not to utilize the Application for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that creates unreasonable server loads for third-party RSS publishers.

3. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

StreamFolio does not produce, store, or claim ownership over any news articles, headlines, or images rendered through RSS feeds. All content displayed within the reader remains the intellectual property of their respective publishers. StreamFolio serves as a local browser rendering client for publicly available web feeds.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RSS FEED PARSING WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL CUSTOM FEEDS.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, AUTHORS, OR MAINTAINERS OF STREAMFOLIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE HARDWARE INCOMPATIBILITY WITH GEMINI NANO / AICORE, OR UNINTENDED NETWORK DATA CHARGES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard local software distribution regulations without regard to conflict of law principles.
